Great ski resorts in the USA
Aspen Aspen is the destination most people in the US know, due to the many wealthy men in the US who have a vacation home in Aspen. Aspen also regularly hosts skiing competitions such as the Xgames.
Aspen consists of about 75 slopes and just over 10 lifts. If you’re a beginner I wouldn’t choose Aspen, there are steep slopes and lots of good off-piste. It’s a beautiful area where you get a skiing experience in Colorado you won’t soon forget.

Lake Tahoe is arguably the largest ski area in the USA, with over 850 slopes and over 130 lifts. The area consists of 9 different areas, which is also why it can reach so many slopes.
Lake Tahoe is located at an altitude of 1940 meters. There are plenty of off-piste, snowparks, box hops and pipes. If you choose to go to Lake Tahoe, set aside 2 or 3 weeks for a ski vacation you’ll remember for years to come.
Mammoth Mountain located in California, there are +300 days of sunshine a year, which means you’ll have a great chance of skiing in great weather. The lift pass covers 150 slopes.
If you like jumps and parks, this is a fantastic place, there are +5 parks and several box jumps, pipes should also be ready during the season. The areas are very high, so therefore you also get up to 3,000 meters in height.
