Stryn Sommerski is a place in Norway where it is possible to ski in the summer. The area has been known among tourists for over 100 years. There is a glacier (Jostedalsbreen) in the area. In 1972 they opened for skiing in the area.
There are 5 km of slopes, which is not a lot when you hear about other places, but for summer skiing, it’s actually quite a lot. You reach an altitude of 1640 meters. The ski area is mostly outside the glacier
The area is about 5 hours from Oslo, so not many Danes have visited Stryn Sommerski.
Stryn Sommerski is a smaller ski resort in Norway, but there are also other places you can choose to visit, including Strandafjellet Trysil, Tyin Filefjell, Uvdal, Vaset, Vrådal and many more places in Norway.
