Obertauern is a ski area in the Salzburger Land province of Austria, located in the Radstädter Tauern mountain range. Obertauern is divided into two towns, Untertauern and Tweng, which are part of the districts of St. Johann/Pongau and Tamsweg.

Sledges can be rented at Gnadenalm. The smooth forest road to Südwienerhuette is a good option for tobogganing in winter.

The tour starts at Gnadenalm and ends at Hintergnadenalm and lasts approximately one hour. The 4-star Hotel Enzian offers horse-drawn sleigh rides and charges a corresponding fee.
The price varies according to age, with children under 3 years old being exempt and children between 3 and 10 years old paying €9 per person.
